The Goal

Enrollment needed to be simple enough that people actually finished it.

An onboarding wizard designed to help patients enroll in CVS pharmacy programs through a guided, step-by-step experience that reduces confusion and minimizes drop-off compared to a traditional long-form application. The goal was to create a more streamlined enrollment process that improved the patient experience while increasing operational efficiency for the pharmacies managing enrollments behind the scenes.

The Approach

Break enrollment into a guided sequence instead of one long form.

Rather than a single dense form asking for everything at once, the wizard reorganized enrollment as a series of small, focused steps, giving patients a clear sense of progress and a much lower barrier to finishing.
